RETURNING AN ITEM
● You may submit a return request within 7 days of the delivery date. A return can be submitted if you receive a non-conforming, damaged, defective, or counterfeit item.
If you changed your mind about an item, you can return it, PROVIDED that it has not been opened, with the exception of the following items that are excluded for hygiene and safety reasons: swimwear, underwear, lingerie, earrings, cosmetics, perfumes, groceries, dietary supplements, software, tickets, and adult products.
When returning an item, make sure it is in its original condition (including packaging) and that all seals, labels, accessories, etc. are intact. Otherwise, your return will be refused.
● For electronic items you wish to return, make sure to remove any created password. Otherwise, your return will be refused.
● TVs, phones, computers, and tablets must be sealed if they are returned due to a change of mind.

How do I return a product?
You can request the return of your items from the Your Orders page or by contacting our customer service department on the contact page.
What is the return deadline at Wecastore?
Any product sold at Wecastore and unused by the customer can be returned for free within 7 days from the delivery date. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns after this deadline.
What are the conditions for returning a product and what is the procedure?
First of all, you must ensure at the time of delivery that the product received is intact and corresponds to the description of the item at the time of ordering. Any instance of non-compliance must be reported within the prescribed time limits.
When returning your item, it must be returned to Wecastore in the same condition as when it was delivered to you, and with all its accessories. All products returned for change of mind reasons must be returned with their original packaging. TVs, phones, computers, and tablets must be sealed if they are returned for a change of mind.
Please note that once unsealed, TVs, phones, computers, and tablets that are found to be defective are covered by an after-sales service. For more information, please contact our customer service department at this link.
Should I return free items if I want to make a return?
Yes, any item offered with your package must also be returned.
Do I have to pay for shipping to make a return?
No, there are no additional fees when you want to return a product.
Can I exchange my item instead of getting a refund?
At the moment, Wecastore does not offer the option to exchange an item. However, you can return your item and receive a full refund, allowing you to make a new purchase on our website.
How can I track the progress of my return?
Our return service will contact you by email and SMS to inform you of the progress of your return. You can also check our processing and refund times.
Is my product under warranty?
If your product has a warranty, the duration is indicated on the product page. We invite you to consult our warranty policy for more information.
I requested a home collection return a while ago but no one has contacted me, what should I
do?
We apologize for this inconvenience. Please do not hesitate to contact us for more

My item has been picked up, but I haven't heard anything since, what should I do?

Wecastore tells me that the bank transfer has been made but I still haven't received the
money, what should I do?
It takes 2 to 30 days for the money to appear in your account. Please do not hesitate to
contact us if you still have not received your money after this period. Please refer to our
refund policy for more details.
My return request was denied, but I disagree with this decision. What will happen?
Please note that any return request will be subject to a detailed verification by our after-sales team. In case your return is made in accordance with our defined return conditions on our website, we will proceed with your refund within the legal deadlines. In case your return is refused for any of the following reasons:
● the return reason you have chosen is not valid;
● the returned item is not eligible for a return;
● the returned item will be sent back to you using the same initial delivery method, to
the address you provided when you placed your order, specifying the reason why we
rejected your return.
If you refuse delivery of the item for which the return has been rejected by us, it will be
returned to us and stored in our premises for a period of 45 days during which you can
contact us at any time to request the reshipment of your item to the address you will have
indicated. After the 45-day period, and after three (3) written reminders from us asking you to retrieve your item and without any response from you, we reserve the right to keep the item you refuse to take back and you will no longer be able to claim any refund from us or the reshipment of your item, except in case of duly justified force majeure or in the event of an event beyond your control that prevented you from retrieving your item within the aforementioned deadline.
If my return is accepted, how and when will I be refunded?
From the day you made your return request, the quality evaluation process can take up to 8
days for Beni Mellal. You will receive an email once this process is completed.
To receive your refund quickly, you have the option of choosing a refund by voucher. Just
indicate it when you make your return request.
Important: Once your refund method is validated, you cannot change it.
What is a voucher?
A voucher is a fictitious customer account that corresponds to the amount of your refund. You can use this voucher as a promotional code to purchase a product. A voucher is valid for 180 days, and you must use it during this period.
If my product is not eligible for a refund, how will I be informed?
If your return is not validated, Wecastore will contact you to explain the reason for the refusal
and your product will be returned to you.
Please note that we will try several times to deliver your product. If we are unable to deliver it
to you, your product will be available to you in our warehouses.
I bought a product on promotion or with a promotional code. What will be the
refunded amount?
For products on promotion, the refunded amount corresponds to the amount paid.
For example: if you bought a product on promotion for 200 MAD and its original price was 400 MAD, you will be refunded the amount paid, which is 200 MAD.
If you used a voucher, the amount paid as well as the amount used from the voucher will be refunded.
